I said that because Lucent is Aware's "principal" partner (and vice versa) in G.lite development. Thus, I would not summarily rule out the use of Aware technology at the 5E switch. I believe we crossed wires in terms of "tense". I took your original comment to mean Lucent will not use Aware technology in their switches. I responded by saying they could. Whether they will remains to be seen.
