Pffft. No, they're dragging along 20 years of VAX/VMS baggage <g>. *Plus DOS baggage. Neither of those architectures is the one the Internet runs on. --- That NT now has the same remote admin ability is news to me. I'm sure the new E-Z to administer PCs will be all the rage in the 'PC replacement market' <g> --- Back to MS though, I think if MS lowered the price of NT to zero, they'd sure enough give Linux a run for it's money.<g> --- Using history as your guide as you're fond of, MSFT doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell. Every single 'old paradigm' company in the history of commerce has never made the turn into the new. -JCJ
