It's against the law for the CIA not to inform congress of their activities. I know the congress, for the most part, are just a bunch of partisan morons. But they're our elected representatives. You can't have a democracy if you have a secret branch of government operating without the oversight of our elected representatives, even if that means Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner... SD
