Not by invoking the RICO Statute! <g> --- Charles, AOL and Prodigy do this without blinking. Ever been wrongly billed by AOL and attempted recovery?

It does bring up a point about monthly service billing. *I hold T (AT&T) because I figure they're some rather experienced billing *machine and as soon as they get this broadband thing dialed in, well, the widows will throwing off their walkers.

This is the market MS is wanting to break into with MSN monthly billing. I rather like AT&T there with a P/E of 17 or whatever and actually ownership of *wires.

MSFT has no wires and a 40 P/E?
