ralph sweetie,

i've been too busy laughing over the information in the nwcm to respond. love that r&d spending. love how they paid fourth network to get an order out of them. love that cash flow from operations. love those inventory levels. love those receivables. love those advances to vendors. oh, the simple deal was a big surprise when the investor relations person was telling people about it weeks ago- i love the release of non-public information by the goons involved in this stock.

you should go re-read your business week article on ccsi. schoenberg is there in spirit only- his portfolio of shit is being dismantled. given that he owns 55% of the float, i can't wait for them to start hitting the bid.

the only thing bigger and better at nwcm is the negative cash flow and the inventory and receivables. why does this co need 9 mos of inventory? why have they advanced $7.6mm to vendors to buy add'l inventory? why are the receivables stretched to 140 days? what kind of payment terms are they giving to move this shit merchandise? i'm betting that nwcm's management, which was able to take the company into chapter 11 once, can do it again.
