CHPC Seems to be starting an up-move again today.<g> It had a good run of more than 500% from its October 8 L of $0.99 to its December 2 H at 5.02 It has scheduled a presentation in NY for January 8. Moody revised the company's ratings outlook last week to stable from negative, reflecting the strengthening of its balance sheet.
