I don't think Dorian was conned. Wilcher sold stock. We know that based on the class action suit. Do we really think Wilcher went and bought (free-trading) HITT stock on the open market? If she didn't, then where did she get the shares to sell? Were some legends removed early? Was she given some free-trading shares for other reasons? Recall when AZNT made the deal with Andy Mann for 4M shares they also supposedly gave the guy 480K free-trading shares as a "token of good faith", so it's not like such an arrangement would be totally out of the ordinary. - Jeff
