that is right. there is only one license to export lng so far granted to cheniere for its multi-billion dollar sabine pass facility. there are other applications for other areas of the usa, but they are far, far behind in admin processing. as i recall cheniere (symbol lng) won't be exporting lng until about 2015 (if they stay on the schedule that is tossed around wall street).
