The Intelligence Committee got ruined a lot sooner than that, don't you think? Clinton warned Bush about OBL, et. al. The GOP-led intelligence committees didn't prove too helpful, did they. And certainly the executive branch's intelligence didn't prove up to snuff. Did it? Actually, the intelligence was there was an inability to interpret it? And this was all pre-9/11! Then examine the respective intelligence post-9/11. Pretty bad stuff, wouldn't you agree? I dare say it's difficult to ruin that which is already ruined. Agree?
