Wow- the SF RE market has Doubled in the last year? Maybe 50% is a little low then. 90% is still a stretch. I doubt we go back to prices of 10 years ago - maybe 5.

If you'll recall- I was one of the few people that did think the internuts would get hammered like a cheap nail. So that's no surprise at all to me. Real estate, on the other hand has some actual intrinsic value, as opposed to internut paper.
