One of these days that reserve game is gonna kick'em in
the ass. Though I do believe that banks (at least the
large banks) have done a better job of managing their
risk. Used to be you could count on them to expose
their selves to the largest and riskiest loans right
at the height of whatever current mania was in play.
But I think they have done a much better job with
the Tech craze.
