Jim, I imagine that HGI has such a negative bias that it will trade low until closing. I really don't know what it is worth and if the deal falls through, I'd be concerned that FFO may continue to drop. Sorry, but my advice is no better than a coin flip on this one. I'd probably sell 1/2 now and ride out the other half. By the way, seems the same guy (Mr Reschke) who brought PRT public (off 25% in 3 years), also brought AAH public (up 10% in 2 years) and a new one PGE. He does have 1 company he brought public that has been a good investment for investors (Brookdale Living Communities) up about 70% . CCG and MLS seem to be the only outlet companies that have produced good returns since their IPO's. Richard
