I thought you might like this from the Investors Business Daily web site copy of tomorrow's paper: Ross Stores Inc. jumped 2 1/4 to 27 3/8, breaking out of a 13-week base on double its average volume. The discount-apparel chain said February same-store sales jumped 14% and total sales climbed 21%. Profit in the December quarter doubled on a 22% increase in revenue.
