Over 5000 483s per year. Half are for manufacturing problems. Half for clinical result issues. IMMU is in the lucky half. Many companies think they were blind sided. Nothing unusual in that regard for IMMU. Yet we have many on here who want to fire people for saying it, putting IMMU even further away from approval. Sell the company for pocket change. Are looking for full disclosures that could proprietary, bring lawsuits from suppliers or PO the FDA.
