Yes, he was the first president who turned deficit spending into a growth industry and helped make the rich richer than ever with his new fangled tax cuts. He was the president who managed to increase the homeless population dramatically overnite. He was the president who checked out two years before his second term was over. He is another one of the BIG LIES perpertrated by the Rs in this country.
