Mr. Neff's support for intel goes way back, and I cannot recall a single misstep.

My fondest memory was his recommended "Buy" after the Pentium blowup. The stock slipped to 59 (less than 30 split-adjusted). I took his advice and loaded up.

Mr. Neff's attitude is that the street fundamentally misunderstands the PC and treats it like an appliance. That means it is concerned about saturation levels figuring when everyone has a PC, demand will fall. The reality is much different because of the way PC's are evolving etc., as we all know. It is this fundamental misunderstanding that has kept Intel much undervalued until recently.

Mr. Neff is a mensch IMHO.
