Copy of my polite "YOU SUCK !" e-mail to the WSJ ....................................... Today, there was HUGE profoundly important news for Qualcomm : Qualcomm will be able to proceed with their merger with : "Flarion Technologies, a pioneer and leading developer of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex Access (OFDMA) technology and the inventor of FLASH- OFDM(R) technology for mobile broadband Internet protocol (IP) services" (because : "the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice terminated its review of the proposed merger of the two companies under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act." ) (copied from the news release which came out over seven hours ago). The WSJ (as has happened on at least three separate occasions in the past), chose to ignore the news. What is going on ? Thanks. Jon Koplik
