CIT is a small business lender that fukked up and is in trouble financially. CIT approached the Obama administration recently and asked for help. Obama emphatically said "no". FYI.

CIT close to a second chance

Embattled lender was close to securing $3 billion in financing to avoid bankruptcy, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
