Not at all.

There are many Part B drugs that are covered at a rate of 1 cent or 10 cents per unit. Others are thousands of dollars per unit. But Medicare does not allow physicians to turn a profit on these drugs (in many, many instances, providers LOSE money on injectables reimbursed by Medicare as Medicare allows LESS than they actually paid for the drug or a vial was not able to be fully utilized).
