This article talks about Powell as of June 4. Has he gone on sabbatical? He seems to have disappeared or become irrelevant. Maybe the idiot looked into his eyes and saw his soul and determined that Powell might not be totally "loyal" to all the idiot's craziness. Powell wasn't at the Bond speech, was he?
