You are correct that part of my information is dated, as there have been three separate NUOA/FXWA transactions, with the 1st being a straight stock swap giving NUOA 19.5% with option to maintain this position at 6.00/share. not .10 share. I stand firm on the striking increase in FXWA shares over the past month, inlcuding 1 million post split to "Hudson" for consulting. FXWA is still basically a bankrupt company in no position to help NUOA, in my opinion, to pull off deals. They barely managed to gain title to 20 acres of undeveloped land in nevada. At least we had the hotels coming up, exclusive gamings rights; now who is going to finance Fred and the mayor of Wendover after these shenanigans. Ted, I empathize with your frustration and hostility but you are going to need more than a theosaurus to translate NUOA's behavior into logic. I truly hope I am wrong.
