No, the only thing that came with my drive was a backup program, Bounce Back. My drive will not respond to the Seagate on line diagnostic program either. Unfortunately, Seagate support isn't open on weekends so I'll have to wait until Monday.

I am not sure it would be worth buying Spinwrite or other such programs as in the long run I would probably be better off replacing the drive which is about three years old. I only use it for backups, but while it's down I backed up my critical data to a 1gb thumb drive. Really came to the rescue.
