I use a Lexar 1GB that only cost me $39 after all rebates. What I like about it is you can partition the drive to a public partition, and a private partition that requires a password.

I am looking for a good deal on a 2GB as when I get my external going again I think I would double backup really critical business and investment data that I wouldn't want to lose.
