Structural change is a good criteria. But some companies are further along in losing their market and become turnaround or die plays while some companies have enough juice to offer a compelling value despite market challenge.

Forgot to mention that WDC's sales are over 80% to overseas customers. Maybe the end product gets sold in the U.S. but regardless, WDC benefits from lower tax rate.
