"On a consolidated basis, DCI projects that it will be grossing $35-$40 million in annualized sales by the end of April 1998. <deletions> DCI's targeted growth for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1999 is $45 million gross revenues."

Laszlo:

My take on this statement is that fiscal 1999 will see revenue growth in the area of $45 million. That is on top of the $35-$40 million in annualized revenues as of April 1998. That means that they are projecting total revenues of $80-$85 million by end of fiscal 1999. However, my understanding is that these projections are intentionally conservative. Joe Murphy intends to aggressively continue the acquisitions until we reach $100+ million in revenues, and he plans to do this before the end of this calendar year. Of course, he can't guarantee that; but this is his goal.
