$21 is possible, especially if we get some "quasi-capitulation" when we break 1900 on the Naz, perhaps next week. A little fear in the market would be good for the bulls and could point to a near-term bottom being reached. So far the TRIN, VIX and Ticks have been slowly showing a bit more "concern" entering the market, I'm watching for a climax of sort next week, then I'm all in. A-M-S
