You bring up some valid points in my opinion. However, at this point in time, with the Fed determined to keep on raising rates until the economy cools off, there really is reason to worry a bit.....
Like everything else, CNBC does overdo the worry stuff at times, but on the other hand, they are known as Bubblevision to others, meaning that they have helped to create the current level of speculation in certain sectors of the market, along with Alan Greenspan cutting interest rates too much in the past. You know the old saying: Don't fight the Fed. And we can't fight the tape either. Yogi
