Jesse did not say when it happened. My guess is much of the move
happened in 1979. That said, history never repeats. I just
have 70/30 physical/paper allocation, and half of the paper
are the juniors. I changed it last in May or so, but recently
rotated from GDX to GDXJ. So, if they go manic, I'll let them be.
Whatever, I'm not going to rotate.

What moves up sharply can move down sharply, as we witnessed
in 2008.

Individual juniors are very risky, and can go BK too,
even during a gold bull.

P.S. I have really upped miner allocation during the crisis
last Fall. Back in 06 it was 90% physical/10% paper. Last
Fall it was 50/50 -g-
