imo we really need to cement in a solid low before the market can make new yearly highs.

I actually think that once we get a sentiment/volume confirmed low, the compx will take out the January highs later this year.

I appreciate that you were bearish and became bullish in Feb. I came close but I still think that there is too much potentially "nervous" money that came in after the Sept. low that needs to be shaken out before we move up solidly.
