Tell it to the workers who just started the major repavement of an important blvd near my house. Its to be paid with stimulus dollars. I don't think they will agree with you. Sorry. Anecdotal. It doesn't change the fact that less than 8% of the stimulus money has been blown to date. If the economy is turning around, let's save this money that is going cost my kids and grandkids $100M/day into perpetuity. We are not out of the woods yet. There are a lot of problems still in this country and there is worry that China's stimulus plan is starting to run out of steam. Obama has diverted disaster but we are still in for a long slog up IMO.
