And I had pointed out the study to you because of your comment something like "If most people favored it than that would be policy." Or something like that .. It ain't working out that way. The vast majority of Americans believe that my doctor should be able to write me a prescription for it. The Federal government says he shouldn't be able to. I also thought it interesting that the percentages didn't change much between age groups. Supply is a real issue today in CA. SanFransisco hired a guy to produce starter plants for the medical marijuana clinics. The Federal government arrested him. During his trial, the jury was not allowed to hear that he had been hired by the city. After the trial eight of the twelve said they would have voted "not guilty" if they had known about it. Grow clubs have been formed so these people can try to grow their own, only to have them raided by the feds .. The Feds needs to back off. They are currently hurting the people they are trying to protect.
