Paperheart-As always, thanks for your comments. Would you please do some DD on BOCI,DIMD,ZOOM,CREAF, and other companies and explain the difference in the amount that is expected in this industry. What's acceptable for adjusted revenue and inventory. You're a smart guy, I'm sure you did your homework. What's you experience with NUVO? Ex-employee?
And I ask you again, are you covering, or shorting more at these levels? I wouldn't want you to think the game is over. Also, since you're such an investing expert, what's your next short? I want to make money before the fact, and learn from the expert. It's easy to be a Monday morning quarterback. It's amazing that you won't state the price at which you shorted this stock at? Let me guess, at it's 52 week high ($18.50).
Wonder how much companies spend on R&D when the actually licence the technology from third parties (why reinvent the wheel)? Hummmmm? Maybe they ask for technical documentation (test data, FMEA's, etc..) to back the components they are buying. Could you please audit their suppliers as well, that might also help in calculating the actual $$$$ spent on component R&D. Hopefully you're educated in world currencies. Who needs to track currencies, details, and other meaningless details. I think the one page balance sheet talks for itself.
If you think this company is headed for Chapter 11, then I would think you would continue to short. |
