this is just the tip of the iceberg as far as mismanagement goes

steve the scumbag alloted himself and his cronies a ton of options
which is leading to dilution and will lead to dilution
look at the gross pay they made ...even when the company was loosing a ton of money

if they want wallstreet to get interested in them they have to do a lot more than coming out with such news items which mean nothing

1. announce some ORDERS ...not letter of intents
2. fire steve and john ingoldsby ...waste of resources
3. I will buy and so should you when u see insiders buying at these low prices...I am not seeing that...still large block selling in progress
4. the new CEO is no better....he says nexar ipo was a success
thats total BS ...nexar is hardly seeing any volume despite "buy" recommendations by some no name brokerages....it hasn't even seen a 10% rise from $9 and they announced in Dec that it would IPO between 11 and 13....I term this as FAILURE and mismanagement by the company

PMTI is a "show me" stock on the street
show us orders and earnings and we will invest

they have not delivered on any of the promises/projections they made last year

this dog has rabies....STAY AWAY..unless u r SHORT

better small caps to invest in

looks like HJ meyers who r the primary market makers have got badly burnt also....we haven't heard anything from
