Candle Stick: Thanks for the info. Any thoughts on the significance of that CFO resignation? Strange no new CFO is mentioned! Resignations do not occur unexpectedly and without replacement coordination under normal conditions. I do not think there is a random, technical reason for the price to have fallen so far. There was significant trading below 1, for several days before the sub 1 close, followed by an end-of-day transaction thus preserving the +1 closing for a while. I bet something is going on that is out of reach to a non-insider. Could the CFO be one of the rats jumping a sinking ship? Ciao, Ted
