Soloea,

I'm not known to be a naysayer. I just like calling a spade-a spade. You can call Jim Evert yourself, or wait till the tough questions get asked on the 27th of Feb. There is no working EFS-1 digital e-film product yet. There is a developmental prototype just like there was last year. Jim's number is 714-444-8703. His secretary is Nancy.

I have a large interest in seeing IRSN succeed. I have been an ardent supporter of IRSN in the past. However, I think there has been a rush to judgment on the status of this effort.

Let's hope they succeed.

There is a certain element of doubt about the relative size of the market for this product, the manufacturability of the product, it's price, and performance. Can IRSN replicate prototype performance from a manufactured product? Can it be produced in sufficient quantities to make it attractively priced? What capabilities need to be purchased with this item in order to make it user-capable with your home computer?

What is IRSN's strategy? Do they want to have this as another business subsidiary or can they sell this off to someone else and just enjoy a revenue stream from licensing? What is the market potential?

More importantly, what isn't being resolved at Microsensor Inc or Novalog while resources are frittered away on this effort? If MSI loses 3 months or 6 months on what could be IRSN's most significant commercial market...what was the opportunity cost for pursuing digital e-film?

Just some opinions that I thought should be expressed before everyone starts counting their money. If you call Jim Evert, ask him what their cash burn rate is right now. I'd hate to see IRSN get de-listed while it pursues its smallest market potential.
