10/09/97 Yahoo Inc. Cut to 'Hold' at NMSI
Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO US)
was downgraded to ''hold'' from ''buy'' by analyst David B. Readerman at Nationsbank Montgomery Securities. The downgrade was on a price basis.

Yahoo comes out with sparkling, real, and clean results and gets cut.

That no one has cut AOL on price basis (per their own targets)
