Jenna - I enjoyed hearing about the continued success of MarketGems and it certainly comes as no surprise to yours truly...more researchers is an excellent idea..you must get dizzy with all the requests (I've, as yo know, added to that dizziness)..there is so much out there, how can one person comment be expected to comment on all? It's amazing you manage to do what you do now. When I grow up, and am retired in sunny FLA, I want to be a researcher for MG!
