I imagine Jack and Pat are receiving the message loud and clear by now, lets see there is 1. SEC issues calls for proxy votes... filing issues ect ect. 2. Legal wrangling, possible class action lawsuits 3. Reporters 4. The surprise and biggest hammer of all... about to drop if they keep pushing this issue Hey Jack "pennies will be pennies" right? WOTD doesnt care about the current stock price right Jack? No the CVIA share holders and CVIA will come out of this ok, with OUR MONEY intact. I am 100% sure of this. Now Jack and Pat that is a different story, but that is not our problem is it? Hey Jack you kept telling us about the risks... hope you mentioned them to Pat also <LOL> Hey Jack what if your actions to us get published? Do you really think any Mom and Pop will be happy to see an offer from you guys? If its not a cash offer? You flood the market with paper and even you guys wont be able to get a decent price to do cash deals. Not to mention the future investors shunning your and Pats company like crazy. Now Jack get us a better deal or get out while you still can. KAA
