I'm having Symantec problems. Just bgt the antivirus program today and it refuses to install. It said to delete any Symantec programs already on the computer. I uninstalled through add/romove programs, but it is still refusing to install. I went to the page the error directed me to and it says to dnld 3 files. I click on the files and they are just text. Can anyone make head or tails out of the three files I'm supposed to dnld here ? service1.symantec.com They just come up as text for me. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you. :) JE
