Re Rande's REIT list from last year, I thought I had it, but a computer crash last summer must have wiped out the bookmark. A few I keep on my loosely-followed radar scope are bre, ccg, cei, nut, nxl, spk, usv. No DD for almost a year, though, so be careful. nxl may be a sleeper. Even with the recent run-up in price, its payout is over 10%, Ex div 3/29.
