Are you suggesting these spineless, technologically inept cronies shorted it from $6 to $1.60? BTW, I will take back the spineless comment provided they demonstrate they have some by addressing the real problem at Corel: lack of leadership and lack of focus. Cowpland represents tens, perhaps hundreds of millions of dollars in potential income to investors and the only thing standing between Corel investors and that money is Cowpland's signature on his resignation letter. Corel may be worth $6 with him gone. They may be worth $4 if the BOD can put together a credible cost-cutting plan and staff reductions. They may be worth $3 if they just reduce costs. They are probably worth $2.75 because they ate their inventory excess last quarter and should be able to fabricate another meaningless bounce within the quarter we're in. In the long run, they will have to oust Cowpland to realize their full potential.
