In Virginia, teachers are employees of the people----their salaries come from public sources such as real estate taxes locally and a major part of the taxes collected in Virginia.

Public School teachers are certified by the state and governed by two boards of education------one at their local level and one at the State level.

Being public servants it is their role to serve all the students and people of Virginia.

It is not their role to bring their personal politics and work for a candidate into the classroom and on school grounds by dispersing buttons or literature to the students.

This is a breach of public trust of all Virginians.

The buck stops with Governor Tim Kaine, a supporter of Barrack Hussein Obama. He should take responsibility immediately for this unfair and seemingly illegal tactic of Obama supporters via the VEA

In Virginia not all teachers are members of the VEA--------hence, this action by some reflects badly on other teachers who are doing their job------rather than engaging in political brainwashing of our students.
