I couldn't listen to the whole thing but noted that:

1) Adult to be disposed of soon (inminent was the word, I believe).
2) Adult revenue to be closer to 10% of total (I then assume that total revenue will be closer to $5,000,000).
3) Horses on September.

Things are looking good.
