???? You said "of the float"

Float is 60 of 98 primary.
Institutions hold 70% of FLOAT.
(70% of primary would be greater than float)

BTW, most of the outfits making ad deals with AOL also make the
same with multiple others such as YHOO, XCIT and so on. Yet the
market reacts to AOL as if it is the only one.
