What dates do you need, I might have the data. Also, I believe the Omega Research site has intraday data going back a few years, if your software is able to read it. Other than that, you can Buy Intraday Data from Pinnacle, Equis, Tick Data, et cetera but if you only need a few days it's not cost effective.
