LOL! We'll never be told the truth about the Medicare bill. Don't you understand?

There was a "health specialist" on C-SPAN's Washington Journal this morning. She denied that there were 1,000 pages of indecipherable jibberish in the new Medicare Bill as Brian Lamb suggested. She said that there were only 681 pages in the final draft.

What a f*cking relief that was.

OTOH, we ought to recall the results of the last attempt by the Congress to rip off seniors by destroying Medicare in 1988. House Speaker Dan Rostenkowski (D. IL) was pummelled in his own district by babushkas who flailed him with umbrellas until he relented and reversed the decision by that Congress.

The AARP has signed its death knell. By allowing a fascist like Novelli to take over the apparatus, the organization has killed itself.
