Tinroad and others.. I just received an information packet from Lucent Microelectronic group on their Phone-On-A-Chip ip solution. It has tech info that might give a tip, I'm not sure. The block diagram does show flash memory. I have a call in to Lucent now, to see if E-digital Micro o/s is involved. I will post if I receive any info.
