RKHII, By "fun" I meant that you should ask your question again... Regarding estimates, it has been the posters on the boards with the unrealistic estimates of listing. Dohlen did say that the Nasdaq needed the last quarters results which were provided. He also said that he had been working closely with the Nasdaq and that he expected no problems. My estimates are simply based on other timeframes with other companies. One thing that can certainly provide a delay is the busy IPO season this summer. Brian
