This should float the boat today: 11:22 ET Joseph on Semis : Salomon Smith Barney analyst Jon Joseph's note on semis this morning noted that he is finally seeing "bottoms up" support for his April upgrade of the sector; specifically cites the relative stability in the spot market for microprocessors and general firmness in DRAM prices.
