won't they be able to go to the bank with their P.O's and get standard bank financing? The problem for funds is before they have P.O.'s and if Carl Berg has a net worth of 800 million as per Forbes Magazine Oct 12, what's the big deal. If they are really close won't he provide the final bridge, regardless; afterall, he owns more than four million shares thanks Michael Pronichev
